As mentioned during Steve Herrod’s keynote speech on Tuesday VMware are developing a View client for the iPad. VMworldTV have uploaded a video with Warren Ponder, the Desktop Client Product Mgmt Director at VMware demonstrating some of the features. Not only does the VMware client support PCoIP something that the Wyse client doesn’t currently do but it has it’s own gestures to help you adapt to using Windows on the iPad.
There is currently no release date for the app, but as soon as I here more I will let you know and i’m sure I will blog a demonstration when it is released.
